The school administration and faculty welcome you to our web site to provide our school community and prospective parents with an overview of AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School.
Over the last four years, AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School has shown growth in various aspects. As our student numbers and facilities have expanded, so have our academics, extra curricular activities, school programs and resources. AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School’s curriculum is California standards based. It has been designed with the goal of helping students master grade and subject level curriculum while developing young minds, fundamental skills, critical thinking, creativity and a genuine love for learning in a supportive and caring school environment. Since its inception in 2006, AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School has been a student-centered educational institution where we support and motivate student effort through interactive classroom instruction, after school office hours, and school wide activities that encourage student participation and development of leadership qualities. Our commitment to encourage and nurture the academic and personal development of every child commended to our care is at the foundation of our philosophy. Through cooperative and mutually supportive relationships students, parents and teachers have come to form a trusting and intimate school community that remains in place even after graduation. We believe when it comes to a child’s future success, no door should be closed and no opportunity left unexplored.
